CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY

We have a 3 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full price of the service booked if you fail to notify or cancel within 3 hours of your appointment. Any appointments running more than 10 minutes could be subject to this fee as well. We understand that "life" happens but we have set that time aside for you... and for you to receive the best possible attention towards crafting your haircut. Thank you for your understanding.
